Welcome to Manifxt Audio. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our sample packs. By purchasing, downloading, or using our sample packs, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our sample packs.

1. Grant of License
Manifxt Audio ("we," "us," "our") grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples contained within our sample packs in your original music productions upon purchase and download.

2. Royalty-Free Usage
The samples provided by Manifxt Audio are 100% royalty-free for most uses. You are permitted to use the samples in your music projects, including commercial releases, beat sales, Spotify/Apple Music streams, etc without incurring additional royalty fees.
However, major label placements, streams over 1 million plays, and major sync placements must be cleared and royalties split.

3. Major Label Placements, 1 Million+ Streams and Major Sync Placement
The royalty-free usage does not extend to major label placements. If you secure a placement with a major record label, such as Universal Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group, or any other major label, you must enter into a separate licensing agreement with Manifxt Audio for the use of my samples in that specific project and split royalties.
Any songs that reach over 1 million streams must also be cleared and royalties split.
Any major sync placements for TV or shows on major networks such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc must be cleared and royalties split.

3. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from:
- Reselling, distributing, or sharing our sample packs in their original or modified form.
- Using the samples in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Manifxt Audio or any third party.
- Using the samples in projects that promote hate speech, violence, or any illegal activities.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All samples provided by Manifxt Audio are the exclusive property of Manifxt Audio. Your use of the samples is licensed, not sold, and grants you limited rights to use the samples in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer
Manifxt Audio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our sample packs.

6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Manifxt Audio reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms
Manifxt Audio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure compliance.
