Welcome to ManifxtAudio.com. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our sample packs. By purchasing, downloading, or using our sample packs, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our sample packs.

1. Grant of License

All audio recordings, loops, samples, one-shots, MIDI files, and other sound materials provided or generated through Manifxt Audio (the “Provided Content Files”) are licensed to you on a royalty-free basis. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual license to use the Provided Content Files in the creation of new, original works such as musical compositions, soundtracks, or audiovisual productions (collectively, “New Works”).

Subject to the License Restrictions below, you may modify, reproduce, perform publicly, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, and commercially exploit the Provided Content Files only as part of a New Work.

2. Ownership & Rights

All legal rights, title, and interest in the Provided Content Files remain the exclusive property of Manifxt Audio or its content partners who have licensed their materials to Manifxt Audio for this specific purpose. These files are made available to you royalty-free and do not require additional clearance or payment to the original rights holders when used in accordance with this license.

 

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

1. Use, sell, or distribute the Provided Content Files as standalone files (e.g., as individual samples, loops, or sound libraries).

2. Claim ownership or authorship of the Provided Content Files themselves.

3. Use the Provided Content Files in any competitive product or service, including sample packs, sound libraries, or virtual instruments.

4. Resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise make the Provided Content Files available for use or download by others outside the context of a New Work.

 

4. Disclaimer

ManifxtAudio.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our sample packs.

 

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. ManifxtSounds.com reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any of these Terms.

 

6. Changes to Terms

ManifxtSounds.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure compliance.
